We did not purchase our new vehicle from them, however when the dealership that we did purchase from would not provide any service, we contacted Chip Banks Chevrolet and they treated us exceptional and took care of the issues. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them.
Service did a great job on my car but ordered parts twice the price and they could of order from other places and saved me $700. Not very customer friendly especially when people are off work...but very profitable for the dealership.....Do not buy from this place and do not have vehicle serviced here unless you want to pay twice the price$$$$
